Welcome to Rooted Craft! We are committed to delivering your handcrafted products safely and securely to your doorstep. Please take a moment to read our shipping guidelines below:
1. Delivery Timeline
* Processing & Transit Time: Since we curate and handle our handcrafted products with utmost care, it takes a total of 8 to 9 business days for an order to be processed, shipped, and delivered to your address.
2. Shipping Charges & Payment Modes
We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options for your convenience. The applicable charges are as follows:
* Prepaid Orders (Online Payment):
* We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
* Cash on Delivery (COD):
* For COD orders, a fixed shipping and handling fee of ₹150 will be applicable in addition to the product value.
* Important Note: To avoid fake bookings, this ₹150 COD charge must be paid in advance via online payment to confirm your order. The remaining product amount can be paid in cash to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
3. Order Tracking
* Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
